Empowering care, expanding reach
Preventive dental evaluations, integrated into medical visits.
OroMed expands access to oral care by integrating preventive dental evaluations directly into health center workflows, without adding staff, cost, or operational strain.
Delivered on the medical side
Preventive dental evaluations happen inside the patient visits your center already runs. No parallel system.
No new hires, no overhaul
The model is customized to your space, staffing model, and operational preferences. Your team keeps doing what it does today.
Early identification + referral
Care teams catch oral health risks earlier, coordinate care more effectively, and expand access for underserved communities.
How it works
Built for health center workflows.
OroMed is customized to integrate into your clinic, depending on your space, staffing model, and operational preferences. The recommended model embeds preventive dental evaluations into existing patient visits, minimizing disruption while maximizing impact.

STEP 1 »
Assess your workflow
We map your space, staffing model, and patient flow to configure the right integration model for your center.
STEP 2 »
Configure and credential
Buildout playbook covers credentialing, payer enrollment, and EHR configuration. Contract to first site go-live in about 13 weeks.
STEP 3 »
Integrate into visits
Preventive dental evaluations run inside existing medical visits, with early identification and referral guidance built in.
STEP 4 »
Measure and grow
Encounter data and acceptance rates tracked from day one, so the program proves itself in your numbers.
The visit
6 to 10 minutes, inside the visit you already run.
Every patient on your medical schedule is checked for eligibility ahead of time, and the evaluation happens during the medical visit itself. No separate appointment, no extra trip for the patient, no extra steps for your front desk. Clinical notes, photos, and billing prep are finished before the patient walks out.

You can bill both medical and dental on the same day for that visit, increasing utilization and revenue, without double billing or overlap.
In practice
What early detection looks like.
At a partner health center
A routine visit that caught cancer early.
A patient came in for a routine medical visit. During her preventive dental evaluation, the OroMed dentist found a small lesion on her tongue that had gone undetected for eight months. She was referred, biopsied, and diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma, a form of oral cancer. She is in treatment today because the evaluation caught it.
