The Virtuous Cycle is how Health Bridge actually operates, and it is the first thing every new teammate learns on day one. The cycle starts when we partner with a health center to expand access. It ends when we reinvest what we earn to grow the impact. Then it spins again.
Three groups live at the center of the cycle. Patients, who get access to care where it often does not exist. Health center partners, who get stronger with every turn. And teammates, because every time the cycle spins, the company needs its next leaders.

Our chief executive started as a vision technician. Our senior director of operations started as a receptionist, and so did our director of administration. In a single year the team grew from 30 teammates to more than 100, and every new health center partnership creates the next manager and the next director. We coach consistently and give feedback constantly, because that is how confident leaders get built.
