Information you give us
Our contact form collects your first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, and whatever you write in the message field.
Our scheduling tool collects your name, email address, and the time you select when you book a call.
Our job application system collects the information and documents you submit when you apply for a role, which may include your CV, work history, and contact details.
Information collected automatically
When you visit, we and our service providers receive your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, and the site that referred you. This happens through cookies and similar technologies.
This website does not collect health information
Health Bridge works with community health centers and acts as a business associate under HIPAA in those engagements. This website is not part of that work. It is not patient-facing and does not collect, store, or process protected health information.
Please do not include patient information in our contact form. If you need to reach us about anything involving patient data, contact us first and we will route it through the appropriate channel.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers who operate parts of this website for us:
- HubSpot hosts our contact form, our scheduling tool, and our customer records, and provides website analytics
- Rippling operates our job application system
- Google provides website analytics and search performance data
- Vimeo serves video on some pages
- Kinsta and Cloudflare host and deliver the site and keep server logs
Each handles your information under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Third-party tracking across websites
Some of the services above, including our analytics and video providers, may collect information about your online activity over time and across other websites. We do not control that collection.
Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for how sites should respond to it. This website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
