Our story
Built from lived experience.
Health Bridge was not built in a boardroom. It was built by people who have spent their careers creating sustainable, high-impact care systems for underserved communities.
Three careers, one gap
Decades spent building care for the underserved.
Dr. Jack Bayramyan has spent his career on the clinical side of the gap. After earning his doctorate in dentistry, he built a body of work defined as much by purpose as by clinical excellence: care systems for underserved communities that hold up within the exact fiscal and resource constraints health centers face every day. He knows those communities firsthand; he arrived in the United States as a twelve-year-old Armenian immigrant, and community health care was part of what gave his family its footing.
Co-founder and Executive Chairman Armen Buniatyan has built his career on the other side of the same problem: the organizational leadership and strategic vision that turn mission-driven care into something scalable and sustainable. Purpose sets the direction; his discipline is what makes it durable.
Chief Clinical Officer and Co-founder Dr. Ara Jil-Agopian carries that work to the chair. A seasoned dental surgeon with advanced specialty training in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics, he leads the medical-dental integration model at the center of Health Bridge and keeps it anchored to patient-centered, whole-person care.
Building the bridge
Why Health Bridge exists.
Health Bridge was founded on a simple but powerful belief: access to quality healthcare is not a privilege. It is a right. Years of working inside safety-net care showed them how the gap between medical and dental systems plays out in patients’ lives, and they set out to close it from inside the health centers communities already trust.
Together they built Health Bridge as a parent company designed to house and grow a family of integrated health service brands, each one purpose-built to meet patients where they already are, and each one carried by a team of clinicians, operators, and builders who share the same commitment.
Our mission
Together with health centers, we deliver integrated, preventive care that bridges gaps to advance health equity.
The family
Not a holding company. An ecosystem.
Every Health Bridge brand follows the same belief: the eyes and the mouth are not separate from the body, and care for them should not be separate from the clinic. Each one integrates into health center workflows with no added staff, no disruption, and no added cost to the center.

How we operate
The Virtuous Cycle.
The Virtuous Cycle is how Health Bridge actually operates, and it is the first thing every new teammate learns on day one. The cycle starts when we partner with a health center to expand access. It ends when we reinvest what we earn to grow the impact. Then it spins again.
Three groups live at the center of the cycle. Patients, who get access to care where it often does not exist. Health center partners, who get stronger with every turn. And teammates, because every time the cycle spins, the company needs its next leaders.

The people
