Josh Gwinn
Chief Executive Officer
Mission-driven executive with a background in large-scale healthcare operations. A former U.S. Navy operations specialist, Josh led multi-state organizations including 50+ dental practices at Great Expressions and 200+ locations at Gentle Dental, and most recently served as CEO of Hero Practice Services, supporting 70+ pediatric-focused practices across seven states. He now leads Health Bridge and OroMed.

Dr. Jack Bayramyan
Co-founder and President
Dr. Jack immigrated from Armenia at age 12 and earned his dental degree from USC. He founded Kid’s Dental Place in 2004 and grew it to ten practices across California and Arizona, merging with Hero Practice Services in 2019, where he served on the clinical leadership board. He co-founded OroMed in 2024 to expand access to whole-person care in underserved communities.

Dr. Ara Jil-Agopian
Chief Clinical Officer and Co-founder
A seasoned dental surgeon with advanced specialty training in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics, Dr. Ara drives OroMed’s medical-dental integration model and champions patient-centered approaches to whole-person care.

Armen Buniatyan
Co-founder and Executive Chairman
Armen drives the strategic vision to expand integrated, whole-person care in underserved communities, with extensive leadership in healthcare operations and community health initiatives, including serving as CEO of Arm 4 Arm Foundation, a community clinic focused on increasing primary care access.

Gabby Hernandez
Senior Director of Operations
Gabby ensures seamless execution of the integrated care model and drives operational excellence, with deep expertise in scaling workflows, optimizing cross-functional teams, and aligning operations with strategic goals.

David B. Vliet, MBA
Community Health Strategist
A seasoned healthcare executive with decades of FQHC sector leadership, David formerly served as CEO of a $100M+ multi-county health center system serving Northern California’s East Bay communities. He brings expertise in community health strategy, medical practice management, and expanding access to high-quality care.

Ed Lujano
CHC Executive Advisor
Ed brings decades of community health center operations leadership, most recently as CEO of Castle Family Health Centers, where he guided strategic and operational growth. His experience gives partner leaders confidence in implementing whole-person care.
